Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at lunivejewelry@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
